Resetting the days and months back to 00:01 01/01 with a new year is a great time to take stock and think about what things we can change and do differently in 2024.

For me, some markers of progress are both new year and Eurovision. When I turned 18, my health disintegrated and so I lost the following 6 years of my life to the results of living life undiagnosed with ADHD and Autism - Heavy fatigue, confusion, stress, anxiety, house bound and sometimes bed bound. I have a distinct memory, one Eurovision, of being so exhausted and drained that I couldn’t lift a fork to my mouth.

So to cut a long story short, years later, here comes the start of another new year counting my blessings - married with our nearly 4 month old and a new drive to pursue my dreams and take my business forward.
